Rubin Tairovsky

The red grape variety (also Rubin Tairovskii) is an interspecific new breed between Odessky Ustoichivy ( Băbească Neagră x rupestris) x Varousset, They are genes from Vitis berlandieri. Vitis lincecumii. Vitis rupestris and Vitis vinifera contain. The crossing of the hybrid took place in 1964 in the Ukraine by the breeders YN Dokuchaeva, MI Tulaeva and GP Ovchinnikov. The variety protection was granted in 1990. The late ripening hardy Vine yields soft red wines tannins as well as aromas of tomatoes and elderberries. In 2010 in Moldova a vineyard with two hectares is shown (Statistics Kym Anderson ).
