Ruby Tairovsky

The red variety (also Rubin Tairovskii) is an interspecific new breed between Odessky Ustoichivy ( Băbească Neagră x Rupestris) x Varousset, They are genes of Vitis berlandieri. Vitis lincecumii. Vitis rupestris and Vitis vinifera contain. The intersection of hybrid took place in 1964 in the Ukraine by the breeders YN Dokuchaeva, MI Tulaeva and GP Ovchinnikov. The variety protection was granted in 1990. The late-ripening, hardy Vine yields red wines with soft tannins as well as aromas of tomatoes and elderberries. In 2010 was in Moldova a vineyard with two acres (Statistics Kym Anderson ).
