The family Saahs is the owner of the winery Nikolaihof in the Wachau (Lower Austria); look there.

The history of the winery "Nikolaihof Wachau" in Mautern in the winegrowing area Wachau goes back two thousand years, it counts to oldest enterprises in Austria, The buildings are partly on Roman foundations. In the court association there are remains of the early Christian Agapitus basilica in which Bishop Pilgrim of Passau held a synod in 985 AD. In the vineyard Burggarten was once a military camp for Charlemagne (742-814). The former Freihof was first documented in 1075 as the central seat of the estate administration of Passau St. Nikola. The present chapel was built by the Augustinian Canons. Today, receptions and wine tastings are held under the restored gothic vaulted chapel.
