DOC area for red wines, rosé wines and white wines in the Italian region Apulia, The zone completely includes the municipalities of San Paolo di Civitate, San Severo and Torremaggiore, as well as parts of Apricena, Lucera, Poggio Imperiale and Lesina in the province of Foggia.

The Bianco (also called Frizzante and Spumante ) is made Bombino Bianco (40-60%), Trebbiano Bianco (40-60%), as well as other approved varieties (max. 15%) blended.
