Schantlrebe

The white Rebsorte (also Schantltraube) is a new breed between Müller-Thurgau x Ruländer ( Pinot Gris ). The crossing was done by Ing. David Schantl around the year 1976 at the Weinbauinstitut Silberberg (Styria, Austria). She yields one fruity White wine. The variety is grown in small quantities in Austria.
