Practiced aspects. A special passion of the family is the Grüner Veltliner, who among others as Weinviertel DAC, Straw wine and ice wine, as well as in barrique is expanded. A sparkling wine series as well as the Koststüberl are named after a famous ancestor, the oenotechnician, writer and wine merchant Antonio Dal Piaz Menotti (1847-1915) from Mistelbach with "Antonio".
