The estate is located in the municipality of Erden (Bernkastel area) in the German wine-growing region Moselle
, It is run by Edgar Schwaab. The vineyards cover eight hectares of vines in the individual layers Bußlay and podium
(Earth). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Kerner, Müller-Thurgau and Pinot Blanc, and with the red varieties Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. In weather-appropriate years, an ice wine is also pressed. Bottle-fermented sparkling wines, sparkling wines, grape juices, brandies (pomace, yeast, wine, fruit) and liqueurs are also produced.
