Swabian dialect expression for a (too) derogatory angry tasting wine that made up ornamental vines (House wall vines) was pressed. In the Baden dialect, this is called "text cancer". Both names are derived from the ledge (horizontal wall ledge) and "crabbing" (related to the vines creeping up or climbing on the house wall).
