Derogatory Swabian dialect expression for one (to) angry tasting wine that made ornamental vines (House wall vines) was pressed. In the Baden dialect, this is called "shredder". Both names are derived from the ledge (horizontal wall projection) and "krebseln" (referring to the creeping or climbing on the wall of the house).
