The white grape variety is a new breed between Saperavi Severny x ( Foster's White Seedling x splendor grape ). Snonyms are Ambros Weiß, Geisenheim 6495-3 and Sibera Blanca. They are genes from Vitis amurensis and Vitis vinifera contain. The crossing of the hybrid was done by Vilém in 1964 crinkly (1924-2103) in Lednice in the former Czechoslovakia, The rearing and selection of the seedlings was then in the research institute Geisenheim (Rheingau) under Dr. Helmut Becker (1927-1990). Incidentally, the variety is from the same parents Serena emerged.
