The winery is located in the community Windesheim in the German wine-growing region Near, The family has been growing wine for over 200 years. The company is run by the brothers Markus and Johannes Sinß (oenological education in Geisenheim ), which are supported by the parents. The vineyards cover 13 hectares of vineyards in Windesheimer layers Römerberg, Rosenberg and sun morning. They are over 90% with Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, the rest planted with other varieties. Selective work in the vineyard is the foundation for physiologically mature and healthy grapes, which are processed in the cellar in an extremely gentle way.
