The winery "Peter Skoff - Domäne Kranachberg" is located in the municipality of Gamlitz (Kranachberg) on the edge of the nature park "Südsteirisches Weinland" in the Austrian wine growing region of Southern Styria. The family business is run by Anna and Peter Skoff sen., strongly supported by the sons Peter jun. and Markus. A Buschenschank is connected. The vineyards comprise 20 hectares of vineyards on the Kranachberg in the small areas of Rotriegl, Jägerberg and Oberfahrenbach. They are 90% planted with the white wine varieties Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Morillon, Gewürztraminer, the rest with the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Blauer Wildbacher and Merlot. The principles are careful vineyard management, selection of the grapes and gentle processing in the cellar.

The wines are produced in three lines. The "Classic" line are light and fruity wines, which are aged in steel tanks. The "Kranachberg" line comprises high-quality wines suitable for storage. Under the "Kranachberg Reserve" line, wines matured in barriques are marketed from the ripest grapes. In years with suitable weather conditions, Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese and ice wines are also produced. Fine spirits (marc) and a bottle-fermented winegrower's sparkling wine are also produced.
