Soyaki

The white grape variety originates from Uzbekistan. Synonyms are Ag Parkentskiy, Parkentskii Belyi, Parkentskij Belyi, Parkentsky White, Sajaki, Soïaki, Sojaki and Soyacky. The parentage, or whether there is a relationship to the Parkent (Parkentskii) variety, is not known. The vine is used as a winepress and table grape. It is cultivated in Tashkent and Samarkand. However, no stock was reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
