Single location in the municipality of Laumersheim (Mittelhaardt area / German Wine Route) in the German wine-growing region palatinate, The location was first documentarily mentioned in 1345 under the name "on the Mandelberg". Mandelberg was also the official name of the location until 2009. A particularly high-quality plot is called Steinbuckel; which has been the official new name for the entire location since 2010. The south-southeast facing vineyards at 130 meters above sea level with 10 to 15% slope cover 35 hectares of vineyards.
