The winery, referred to on the labels as "Stölzerhof", is located in the municipality of Illmitz in the Burgenland wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee (Austria). A guesthouse is attached. The farm is run by Stefan Tschida. The vineyards cover 10 hectares of vineyards in the Rieden, Lüss, Teilung and Wolfswörth. They are 70% planted with the white wine varieties Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay and 30% with the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon. The premium wines include the Welschriesling Messwein, the red wine cuvée "Gatto Nero" and the sweet wine cuvée "Ambrosia". Around 50,000 bottles of wine are produced annually.
