(Rüdesheim). They are planted with the varieties Riesling and Pinot Noir. It becomes natural viticulture with a small gate, thin out
and green harvest practiced at the beginning of maturity. After gentle whole grape pressing, the white wines are bridled and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The red wines are fermented on the mash in 900 liter containers. Then, depending on the quality, they mature in classic wooden barrels or in barriques for 12 to 18 months.
