In the case of white wines, after fermentation in steel tanks, a more or less long aging period takes place on the lees with possibly repeated stirring. Depending on the degree of ripeness of the grapes, the red wines have a more or less long mash extraction. The classically matured varieties then mature for about a year in large oak barrels or premium wines over a year in French oak barrels. The premium wines include various Weinviertel DAC (Grüner Veltliner), Chardonnay Triftberg, Urgesteinsriesling Triftberg and red wine cuvée developed in barrique "Hangenstein". In weather-appropriate years also sweet wines such as Trockenbeerenauslese and ice wines are produced. Bottle-fermented sects are also created.
