Sunbelt

The red variety (also Arkansas 1335) is one open blown Seedling the Concord, Accordingly, the parent is unknown. They are genes of Vitis labrusca and possibly Vitis vinifera contain. It was selected in 1971 in the United States at the University of Arkansas. The vine is resistant to drought and heat ( drought ) as well as against fungal diseases, It is mainly used in the south of the USA for the production of grape juice used. In 2010, no stock was reported (Kym Anderson ).
