SWC

The Swiss marketing organisation "Swiss Wine Communication SA" was founded at the beginning of 2004 as the successor organisation of the "Association of Swiss Wine Exporters". It is the organisation of the "Swiss Wine Association" responsible for public relations. Its mandate is to implement the goals and strategies set by the sector association. The overarching objective of all measures is to ensure sustainable, healthy value creation at all levels within the wine sector. This is brought about by a change of image in the market, an acceleration of the necessary structural change within the sector and a consistent orientation towards the market. In detail, this is supported by the following measures: Providing producers, associations and cantons with market situations. Rewarding, promoting and improving quality. Improving access to Swiss wine in the market. Comparable institutions are DWI in Germany and ÖWM in Austria.
