The Bordelais company "Bernard Taillan France SA" is engaged in the wholesale of alcoholic beverages and various participations. Numerous Bordeaux wineries are also owned. The main shareholder is the Merlaut-Villars family, and the legendary Jacques Merlaut (+2008) was the head of the company for many years.
