Wine is ideally stored at a constant temperature of around 8 to 12 °C in summer and winter, a humidity of 70 to 80% and also protected from light. These conditions are normally found in a wine cellar. If such a cellar is not available, then a climate-controlled cabinet is the ideal place to store the wine (although this can of course also be useful in a cellar).
