Thermotherapy

thermotherapy (GB)
In this process, vines (or other plants) infected by viruses are grown at high temperatures of up to 40 °C. Then tips of the shoots are used for vegetative propagation. The plants that grow from this are virus-free. With this technique, various diseases such as brushwood disease can be effectively combated. However, this technique is not successful with all types of viruses.
