Tinto

Spanish and Portuguese term for "red" or "red" or "coloured". The feminine form "tinta" = "red" is also common. In viticulture, this is used for the dark colour of a red wine. Tinto or Tinta is also a component in many grape variety names/synonyms such as Tinto Cão.
