The white grape variety is an interspecific new breed between Baco 45A ( Baroque x Noah ) x Baco 1 ( Baco noir ). Synonyms are Baco 2-16 and Thomur. They are genes from Vitis labrusca. Vitis riparia and Vitis vinifera contain. The crossing of the hybrid was done by the French breeder François Baco (1865-1947). It is mainly grown in the United States and Canada, where it is used as a wine and table grape used. In 2010, however, no stock was shown (Kym Anderson ).
