Totmur

The white grape variety is an interspecific new variety between Baco 45A (Baroque x Noah) x Baco 1 (Baco Noir). Synonyms are Baco 2-16 and Thomur. Genes from Vitis labrusca, Vitis riparia and Vitis vinifera are included. The hybrid was crossed by the breeder François Baco (1865-1947). It is mainly cultivated in the USA and Canada and used as a wine grape and table grape. However, no stock was reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
