Tricolor Heunisch

The origin of the white grape variety is unknown. Synonyms are Berierraube, Boboleihs and Dreifärbiger Heunisch. It is a color mutation of the variety White Heunisch ( Gouais blanc ). The name results from the color change ( veraison ) during the mature phase from bronze red to pale red to white.
