The Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux, founded in 1973, includes more than 100 Grand Cru wines from the French region Bordeaux in the appellations Médoc (With Listrac-Médoc. Margaux. Moulis. Pauillac. Saint-Estèphe and Saint-Julien ) Graves. Pessac-Léognan. Pomerol. Saint-Emilion. Sauterne and Barsac. The goal is to increase the sales of Grand Crus des Bordeaux with suitable marketing measures. In all of its activities, the UGCB sees itself as an ambassador for French culture. The fair that takes place annually in Bordeaux with Primeur wines is one of the most important events. Around 80 events are held annually worldwide.
