The winery is located in the municipality German shooters in the Burgenland wine region Eisenberg (Austria). The family business was built by Franz and Marie Unger. After his training as a hotel manager, stays abroad and training as a winegrower and cellar master in Klosterneuburg Gerald Unger took over the business from his parents in 1992. In 2004 a newly built basement was put into operation. The vineyards cover six hectares of vineyards in the Bründlgfangen, Ratschen and Weinberg locations.
