The estate is located in the municipality Feuersbrunn in the Lower Austrian wine region Wagram
, A wine bar is connected. The family business is managed by Andreas Polsterer. The vineyards cover ten hectares of vineyards in the vineyards Hengstberg, Rosenberg
and Stiegl. They are two-thirds of the white varieties Grüner Veltliner (50%), Chardonnay, Riesling, Welschriesling, Roter Veltliner and Rivaner, and a third of the red varieties Zweigelt, Blauburger, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon planted. It will be near-natural viticulture with, for example, integrated crop protection, greening
and waiver herbicides
practiced. Twice a year takes place thin out
(green harvest). The grapes are generally subjected to whole-bunch pressing. The white wines are matured in steel tanks, the red wines in large oak barrels and partly in oak barrels. Among the premium wines are "Grüner Veltliner Upupa" (Upupa is the Latin name of the local bird species Hoehopf) and "Roter Veltliner Roter Graben". It also produces brandies.
