The white grape variety is an interspecific new breed between Seibel 5455 ( Plantet ) x Seibel 4938, Synonyms are Blanc Verdelet, Seibel 9110, Verdelette, White Early and White Sky. They are genes from Vitis berlandieri. Vitis labrusca. Vitis lincecumii. Vitis rupestris and Vitis vinifera contain. The crossing of the hybrid was done in France by the breeder Albert Seibel (1844-1936). The vine is as a wine press and table grape suitable. In 2010, only one hectare was planted in Canada reported (Statistics Kym Anderson ).
