A device developed by the Italian restaurateur Damiano Miniera (pictured below) for the decanting of wine. It consists of a small glass balloon, the tube attached to it is placed on the bottle. This allows the amount of 100 milliliters to be filled into the balloon, with the wine being extremely rich oxygen (Air) comes into contact.
