Vin naturellement doux

Name for one sweet wine, whose fermentation not through Spriten (Adding wine spirit), but ended naturally. The yeasts cease their work due to an extremely high sugar content and a high proportion remains residual sugar, Such wines usually have no high alcohol content on. In contrast to this, "Vin doux" means that after a short course of fermentation, and "Vin doux naturel", that the wine was only consumed towards the end or after the fermentation was complete.
