Vitis californica

One of about 30 American species or Wild vines with complete botanical name Vitis californica Benth. Trivial synonyms are California Grape and Pacific Grape. The vine comes mainly in the southwestern United States California along the Sacramanto River as well as in Oregon in front. It thrives along rivers and streams and is resistant to drought or drought, The small-berry blue-black grapes are for Wine not suitable, but special for the production of grape juice and grape jelly used.
