One of the approximately 30 American species or Wild vines with the correct and full botanical name Vitis x doaniana Munson ex Viala (the "x" indicates the fact of an intersection). It's about a hybrid from a cross between wild grapes from Vitis acerifolia x Vitis mustangensis, Trivial synonyms are Bush Grape and Doan's Grape. The vine prefers sandy, loam and clay soils and is often found along rivers. It comes in in the southern United States Colorado. New Mexico. Oklahoma and Texas in front.
