Vlaška

The white grape comes from Croatia, Synonyms are Maraškina Velog Zrna, Prejica and Zutuja. The name means Wallachia, from today to Romania It was introduced in the 20th century. The early to mid-season vine is part of a reactivation program. It is grown in small quantities around Split in Dalmatia. In 2010, however, no stock was reported (Kym Anderson ).
