The estate is located in the municipality Droß in nWeinbaugebiet Kremstal (NE). Attached is a tavern. A vineyard in "Drozze" was first mentioned in documents in 1253. Built by the Lords of Drozze Lesehof also served the horse transports as a Vorspannhof, who made a break before the arduous climb to the Waldviertel and additional "horses harnessed". The name derives from this. The estate came in 1898 in the possession of the Mayr family. Under Anton and Brigitta Mayr the changeover took place from an agriculturally oriented enterprise to viticulture. Today he is led by daughter Silke Mayr.
The vineyards cover 14 hectares of vineyards in the vineyards Gebling, Kirchengarten, Kremsleithen, Loiser Weg, Marthal, Walnut, Point, sandpit and sentences. They are 95% with the white wine varieties Green Valtellina (50%), Riesling (25%), Chardonnay. Sauvignon Blanc and yellow muscatel, the little rest with the red wines Zweigelt and Merlot planted. The product range includes, among others, different wines Kremstal DAC from the varieties Grüner Veltliner and Rieslin, as well as the red wine Zweigelt from the location Stratzinger Satzen. In weather-appropriate years will also Eiswein produced. There are also produced brandies and bottled fermented sparkling wine. The winery is a member of the vintners' association Kremstaler Convent.
