The traditional winery is located in the community German shooters
in the Burgenland DAC area Eisenberg
(Austria). From the year 1999 a union of the two wineries Wachter and Wiesler took place. The managing director is Franz Wachter, son Christoph is the cellar master. Attached is a tavern and a "Wohnothek" on ratchets. The vineyards cover 13 hectares of vineyards. The centerpiece is the Pfarrweingarten with 35-year-old Blaufränkisch sticks in the middle of the vineyard vineyard
, 95% of the red varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch
, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, as well as the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling and Pinot Blanc are cultivated. In addition, two hectares of grapes are purchased.
