Warwick Estate

The estate is located in the Muldersvlei zone, ten kilometers outside the city Stellenbosch in the South African wine-growing district of the same name. It was founded in 1984 by the Ratcliffe family from Canada. Today it is managed by Norma Ratcliffe together with her son Michael. The vineyards cover 55 hectares. They are with the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinotage and Sauvignon Blanc planted. The premium wines include the “Trilogy” cuvée in Bordeaux style (60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc), the “Three Cape Ladies” cuvée (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinotage), a Pinotage and a recent creation single variety Cabernet Franc, made with the support of the famous Château Cheval Blanc is expanded.
