(Austria). Attached is a tavern. The company is run by Alfred and Helga Weber. The vineyards cover three hectares of vineyards in the vineyards ratchet and vineyard. They are 90% with the red varieties Blaufränkisch
, Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon, the rest planted with Welschriesling. There is a close to nature, environmentally friendly management according to the principle of KIP
(Controlled, Integrated Production). The yields are kept very low. The red wines are expanded after malolactic fermentation in large wooden barrels or barrique up to 12 ( Blaufränkisch
vineyard) or 18 months (Vinea). The premium wines include the red wine cuvée "Vinea" ( Blaufränkisch
, Cabernet Sauvignon) and Blaufränkisch
vineyard. Every year around 20,000 bottles of wine are produced. There are also produced brandies.
