The winery is located in the municipality German shooters
in the Burgenland DAC area Eisenberg
(Austria). A Buschenschank is connected. The business is run by Alfred and Helga Weber. The vineyards cover three hectares of vineyards in the vineyards of Ratschen and Weinberg. 90% of them are planted with the red varieties Blaufränkisch
, Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon, the rest with Welschriesling. There is a natural, environmentally friendly management according to the principle of KIP
(Controlled, Integrated Production). The yields are kept very low. After the biological acid degradation, the red wines are aged in large wooden barrels or barriques for up to 12 ( Blaufränkisch
Weinberg) or 18 months (Vinea). The premium wines include the red wine cuvée "Vinea" ( Blaufränkisch
, Cabernet Sauvignon) and Blaufränkisch
Weinberg. Around 20,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. Fine brandies are also produced.
