Weinknecht

Old viticulture profession in the Middle Ages (also Kellerknecht). The Weinknechte were hired by landlords and supported them when tapping and pouring. There were also wine-growers in the public-urban service, who paid the so-called Ungeldes (Control) monitored. In case of violations of the Keller law He also took the punishment of the sinners.
