The estate is located in the commune of Flein (Württembergisch Unterland district) in the German wine-growing region Wuerttemberg
, It was founded in 1990, but the ancestors of the owners had cultivated vineyards for several generations and delivered the grapes to the local cooperative. The company is owned by Schick GmbH. Cellar master Martin Bauer has been responsible for the estate wines since the 2010 vintage.
