Device for closing opened wine bottles developed by the US American Mitchell Strahan from Texas. It is a food-safe rubber cap that resembles a condom. The handling is very simple. The cover is put on and unrolled. In the meantime, there are several brands with different types of products. A much more effective (but also more expensive) closure system is Coravin. I have great respect for the scope and quality of the wein.plus encyclopaedia. It is a unique place to go for crisp, sound information on terms from the world of wine.
