Wine condom

winecondome (GB)

Device for closing opened wine bottles developed by the US American Mitchell Strahan from Texas. It is a food-safe rubber cap that resembles a condom. The handling is very simple. The cover is put on and unrolled. In the meantime, there are several brands with different types of products. A much more effective (but also more expensive) closure system is Coravin. See also under closures.
