The "Kellerei Cantina Tramin" winegrowers' cooperative is located in the municipality of Tramin on the Wine Route about five kilometres south of Lake Caldaro in the Italian wine-growing region of South Tyrol (Trentino-South Tyrol region). It was founded in 1898 on the initiative of the parish priest and member of the Austrian parliament Christian Schrott. The responsible persons are Leo Tiefenthaler (chairman), Stephan Dezini (managing director), Wolfgang Klotz (sales manager) and Willi Stürz (oenologist and cellar master). The vineyards of the approximately 300 winery members cover a total of 260 hectares of vineyards in the four communities of Tramin, Auer, Montan and Neumarkt. The most important sites include Söll, Mazon, Glen, Pinzon and Rungg.
