The Spanish company, headquartered in Madrid, was founded in 1986. The shares are held by several families and private owners. The vineyards cover a total of 400 hectares of vines in four DO areas, which are planted with the typical varieties of the respective areas. In the Cariñena area, red wines are produced under the brand names Glamour and Naif (30% Tempranillo, 50% Garnacha Tinta, 20% Mazuela).

In the Penedès area, the red wines "Young" and "Reserva" (both 100% Cabernet Sauvignon) and the white wine "Chardonnay" are produced under the brand name Juvenals. A cava (50% Macabeo, 20% Xarel-lo, 30% Parellada) is also produced here. In the Ribera del Duero region, red wines are produced under the brand name Ibernoble in the "Cosecha", "Crianza" and "Reserva" varieties (90% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon in each case).

In the Rioja area, red wines are produced under the Viña Saseta brand name in the "Cosecha" (100% Tempranillo), "Crianza" and "Reserva" varieties (90% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo). The company also produces large quantities of olive oil from over 100,000 hectares of olive groves in the Mora de Toledo area (Castile-La Mancha).
