The estate is located in the municipality of Engelmannsbrunn in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region Wagram
, The family's winegrowing tradition dates back to 1730. Today the company is run by Josef and Anna Wöber. The vineyards cover 11.5 hectares of vineyards in the areas of Hammer, Hausberg, Hohenweg, Lugawitz, Satz and Sebran. They are 85% planted with the white varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Roter Veltliner, Müller-Thurgau and Pinot Blanc, the rest with the red varieties Zweigelt, Blauburger and Blauer Portugieser. It is consistently practiced near-natural viticulture with only minimal use of pesticides. Quality criteria are deliberate quantity limits, short pruning
as well as gentle processing (whole grape pressing) of healthy, fully ripe grapes with the aim of fruity, aromatic wines. The premium wines include, for example, Riesling Klassik Hausberg, Grüner Veltliner Hammer and Riesling Sebarn. Around 40,000 bottles of wine are produced annually.
