Woodbridge

The "Woodbridge Cellars" in the town of the same name in the Californian AVA area of Lodi in the Central Valley was acquired by Mondavi in 1979. In 2004, when Mondavi was sold, this cellar was also sold to Multi Constellation Brands. The "Woodbridge" label produces around 75 million bottles of wine annually, by far the largest share of the Mondavi empire. These wines represent the lowest price segment. The "Twin Oaks" series is the upper class. See also under branded wine.
