, They are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, and with the red varieties Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. After gentle grape processing and controlled fermentation, the wines are matured in oak barrels. All wines are Gutsabfüllungen of the house. In suitable years also noble sweet Trockenbeerenauslese and ice wines are pressed. Bottle-fermented sparkling wines and brandies (pomace, grapes, fruit) are also produced.
