The white grape variety comes from Slovenia, The name means "green" or "greener" and is derived from the emerald green color of the must. But it is a group of different grape varieties; the "true" cell has not yet been identified. It becomes a genetic relationship with the variety Verduzzo Friulano from the Italian Friuli suspected, but what DNA standard has not yet been confirmed. The medium to late ripening vine produces white wines with spicy acidity and spicy herbal notes. It is located in the Vipava Valley (Wipptal) in the region Primorska cultured. In 2010, however, no stock was shown (Kym Anderson ).
