The white grape variety is an interspecific new breed between Irsai Olivér x Kunleány, Synonyms are Aranka and Sremski Karlovci. They are genes from Vitis amurensis and Vitis vinifera contain. The crossing of the hybrid took place in 1976 in Serbia by the breeders Petar Cindric, Lj. Jazic, N. Ruzic and N. Vukmirovic. The vine is resistant to frost, No holdings were reported in 2010 (Kym Anderson ).
